    Can I have my ordered items returned/exchanged?

    • Unfortunately at this time of COVID pandemic, product returns and exchanges will not be allowed for the safety of our staff and our customers. We ask for your understanding on this matter.

      What are the regular hours of operation?

      • The website is accessible 24/7.
      • Order processing will be during our operating hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
      • Orders placed will be processed on the next day of our business operations.
      • Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise confirmed. Orders placed outside the regular hours of operations will be processed the next business day.
